  David Wade is a great solicitor, he have given me great advice in preparation for the court case, how to prepare the questions, he have also pointed out how the court order have been poorly written, something that McKenzie friend simply didn't care about but is crucial as the court will than still expect you to assume that you should do something despite it not being even requested my the court and even blame you for that. Generally I highly recommend speaking with David to understand the court case and what needs to be done.

  Spent £200 for first initial Consultation which was a stupid irrelevant gibberish chat all David did was repeat that nothing could be done etc etc. well that is the whole point coming to a solicitor to find a legal solution . Honestly don't waste your money so many law firms offer free initial advice which is actual advice and not gibberish like this firm did. AVOID

  We had a few issues selling our house and Elaine has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. I've heard friends and family talk about their negative experiences when dealing with solicitors and I was apprehensive when thinking about buying/selling due to this however, Elaine made the process 100% easier.
